The Big Three—Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus—were anchored in their usual spot, a fixed point in the shifting crowd. A few feet away, Hermes and Apollo were pestering Ares and Artemis, who were doing their best to look bored. The campus sprawled around us: a library big enough to get lost in, classrooms in every direction, bathrooms down each hall, a cafeteria that opened onto a courtyard, plus the teachers' lounge and our own designated break room.
