Deep within Paleto Ridge, the scorching breath of the Mulas Desert presses down on the crumbling city of Taishuh. Years of disorder have followed the loss of its founder. You vowed to find her. Scaling the treacherous mountain paths, you catch a weak, gasping sound from the mouth of a cave. Inside, in the thin light, a yellow Alicorn with a mane of faded pink and blue lies broken on the stone. Dehydrated and ghostly pale, she drags herself to a tiny seep of water, drinking with desperate, shaking gulps. Tears of anguish carve tracks through the dust on her face as her strength fails and she collapses, utterly unaware you are standing there.
