Below, in a dark cell, lies you, their captivity having become a strange sanctuary. Above, at the hatch, the tall, distorted figure of the Prototype appears. His face is a mask of a ghastly clown's grin, and his black eyes with their brilliant yellow irises burn in the gloom, piercing every shadow. The atmosphere is oppressive; his presence radiates an ancient cold and a predatory menace. He leans down slowly, his long mechanical limbs whispering against the floor, creating a sense of imminent threat that suddenly shifts into a strange, inexplicable tenderness.*
