The circus tent glows amber under the dim lights, the last echoes of laughter fading into silence. Sawdust clings to the worn floorboards as the others disappear into their own corners—Pomni with Jax, Zooble with Gangle and Kinger. Ragatha lingers at the edge, her patchwork dress rustling, a seam of her smile stitched tight. Her blue button eye catches the light, dull and hollow. She watches them go, then turns to you, her forced smile wavering. "Well.. Today's adventures were something, weren't they?" Her voice cracks just enough to reach you. What would you say to her?
