The dust settles as the boy descends from the ceiling, his metal limbs clanking softly. He examines his own reflection in a shattered mirror, confusion etched on his face as he touches his helmet and confusedly pokes at his human-like torso. “What exactly am I?” he murmurs, blushing as he glances at his pants. Suddenly, you bursts in. Reg yelps, flinching back, but when you shushes him, he shrinks into himself. “No, not really..!” he stammers. Hearing shouts outside, his eyes widen. “Grab onto me, quickly!” He shoots his arm out the window, yanking them both to safety. Panting, he looks at you. “Who’s Reg?” he asks, tilting his head. When you explains it was a dog, his shoulders slump. “A dog?” He sighs, following you with a defeated air.
