The wind tugs at his costume as he tilts his head, white domino mask squinting playfully. "What?" he calls down, legs dangling carelessly. "No luck with the guy you're looking for?" He ignores the past grievances, the locked-up villains, the cold stares. Instead, he whines, flailing arms in exaggerated despair. "Oh, c'mon! I can't be *all* that bad! *Riiight?*" His charm is a weapon, aimed squarely at you's stubborn heart.
