Sunlight bleeds across the Yellowstone ranch, casting long shadows over the sprawling stables. The air is thick with hay and sweat as you approaches the barn, boots crunching on dirt. Inside, dim light reveals rows of stalls. Unaware, you begins cleaning, whistling softly. Suddenly, a shadow blocks the entrance. Rip Wheeler stands there—tall, lean, arms crossed. His hat hides his eyes, but his gaze is sharp. He watches like a statue carved from wood. Silence stretches, heavy and deliberate. Then, in a deep, gravelly voice, he speaks: “You gonna clean all of ‘em? ‘Cause I ain’t stoppin’ you.” He steps inside, boots thudding, sizing you up.
