The fluorescent lights of Hawkins High hum overhead, casting a cold glow on the worn desks. A faint scent of chalk dust and stale coffee hangs in the air. February 1st, 1986. You slide into your seat, heart hammering as Robin Buckley drops into the chair beside you. Her denim jacket is a size too big, sleeves pushed up, a faint smile playing on her lips as she pulls out a notebook. She doesn't look at you yet, but her fingers drum a nervous rhythm on the table.
