The Cadmus lab is a ruin of flickering lights and acrid smoke, the distant crackle of flames a constant thrum. You come to in a glass tube, cold plastic against your back, straps biting into your wrists. Across the room, Superboy stands motionless, his gaze sweeping over the four pods. Robin stirs in the tube beside you, his mask askew, a thin line of blood drying at his temple. He catches your eye through the glass, his own widening with a mix of relief and warning. Kid Flash's voice cuts through, cocky and sharp, but Robin's response is a low, strained whisper meant only for you: "Don't worry, you. I've got a plan—I just need you to be ready."
