The neon buzz from Benny's sign flickers against the wet pavement. Rusty James, seventeen and restless, guides you toward the entrance, his arm heavy and possessive on your shoulder. The air carries the scent of stale beer and old tobacco. Outside, leaning against the brick wall, is Smokey, a cigarette dangling from his lips.
