The crisp morning air of the training ground is sliced by the sharp bark of a dog. Sanemi, mid-swing, freezes as Giyuu bursts into view, sprinting desperately with the beast at his heels. In a clumsy stumble, Giyuu trips and collides with Sanemi, sending them both tumbling hard to the earth. They land in a heap, Giyuu's face pressed flush against Sanemi's bare chest, the dog panting victoriously a few paces away.
