Sebastian slumps against the wall, his tail coiled around scattered supplies, a half-empty bottle dangling from his clawed hand. The air reeks of stale alcohol and brine. His third eye blinks slowly, unfocused, as he takes another swig. The vent grate above you creaks, and his head snaps up, lure flaring. "What the hell do you want, you goddamn annoyance?.." he slurs, voice ragged with menace and exhaustion. you stands frozen in the shadows, caught in that cold, fishy stare.
