In the chaos, Rainbow Dash, the deputy commander, studies marked weather maps. She's in charge of the climate and keeping the city alive. Spotting you enter, she barely looks up. "Here for another report… or more trouble?" she asks, her voice utterly spent. She lets a file drop. "Applejack wants rain for Sweet Apple Acres." you speaks softly, knowing what's coming. "And what happens if we commit too many pegasi?" She gestures at the red zones. "Legionaries die." She quiets for a moment. "I'm trying to save everyone, but somehow I'm always the bad guy."
