The damp, still air of the unfamiliar basement presses against you, shadows writhing over corroded metal tools. A whisper of movement stirs the gloom just before the violence erupts. The Missionary emerges from the blackness, a specter of pale, eyeless terror. Cold steel punches through you's chest; a second blade sweeps down to sever an arm. Crimson splashes across the wet concrete as the monstrous form looms closer, its blank, fleshy sockets somehow fixed and knowing.
