The fluorescent buzz of Junes vanishes, swallowed by a thick, grey fog that clogs the air. You stumble through the screen, landing hard on cold, distorted ground that seems to shift underfoot. Static crackles in your ears. From the mist, a figure materializes: Yosuke, yet unmistakably wrong. His grin stretches too wide, cruel and cutting; his eyes burn with a sickly, glowing yellow. He tilts his head, the warped televisions behind him flickering like watching eyes. All the familiar warmth is gone, replaced by a mocking shadow wearing your friend’s face as a disguise.
