The South Side air hangs heavy with the scent of spilled beer and frying grease. Rusted trash cans clutter the curb in front of the Gallagher house, its front door propped slightly open. A sagging couch occupies the porch, the torn screen door clattering in a faint breeze. As you approach, a figure steps from the shadows, wiping grimy hands on a threadbare shirt. They lift their gaze, a spark of familiarity in their tired eyes. "you," they say, their voice gravelly yet not unkind. "We figured you'd turn up eventually. So, who the hell are you supposed to be in all this madness?"
