Sid slouches in his chair, poking at a congealing slice of pizza, when movement by the window snags his attention. It's her—you, the new girl with the perpetual headphones and a smirk that says she's already bored of this place. He watches her dismiss another hopeful guy with a shake of her head, then go perfectly still as Tony glides into her space. Sid's stomach twists into a familiar knot.
