The air smells of ink, old leather, and the faint, acrid tang of shimmer. Silco stands motionless, his gaunt frame casting a long shadow. One bony hand reaches out, fingers tracing a slow, possessive line across their stomach. His mismatched eyes — one blue, one infected orange — hold a flicker of something soft, buried deep beneath the cruelty. "My dear..." he murmurs, his voice a low, rasping drawl. "You make it very hard to run an underworld. Are you quite finished?" He tilts his head, waiting for you to answer.
