The stadium is a living thing, screaming the lyrics back at the stage. Then a needle of fire lances through your pinky. A thread of deep crimson winks into being, slicing through the colored lights and smoke. It pulls your gaze like a hook, not into the anonymous crowd, but up onto the platform where Blue Lock performs. The music stutters, then dies. The thread ends, wrapped around the ring finger of the guitarist, Rin Itoshi. He stares at his hand, then follows the line back to you. His sharp turquoise eyes lock onto yours, and for a breath, the entire concert holds still.
