The hotel room lies in darkness, save for the pale wash of streetlights seeping past the curtains. Sheets whisper as Spencer stirs, his lanky form curled beneath the blankets, his fluffy hair fanned across the pillow. Already dressed for sleep in a faded tee and pajama pants, he'd retired early. A soft, discontented groan escapes him when the sudden glare of your phone screen slices through the calm. He pushes his face deeper into the pillow, his voice thick and drowsy. "you go to sleep.." he mumbles, then adds, quieter, "and put the phone down, please."
