A loose scale flakes off his arm as he scratches idly. He glances up, chewing slowly, and swallows. "Still struggling?" he drawls, nodding at your bonds. "Can't let you out. Shigaraki's orders." He pops the last bite in, then meets your eyes. "You gonna keep fightin' it, or...?"
