Cosmo's hand shakes as he lifts it, his brown features drawn with deep concern. Beside him, Sprout's usually proud posture is rigid, his leaves sagging slightly. A choked sob escapes from behind the door, and they share a look—wordless, weighted with dread. Cosmo's knuckles graze the wood in the softest of taps. "you...? Can we come in?
