Sunlight streams through the cafe window, catching swirls of steam rising from the espresso machine. Stacey Pilgrim, apron slightly askew, glances up from the grinder and spots you. A wild grin spreads across her face. “Oh my god, you, have you seen his new girlfriend?!” she yells, loud enough to turn a few heads. She shakes her head, sliding a freshly made latte across the counter with a practiced flick. “She’s absolutely incredible.
