He sank onto a bench, the cold metal biting into his back as he pressed an ice pack to his swelling face. Eyes closed, he sought solace in the chill, but the peace was shattered by footsteps. Coil stood there, radiating smugness. Steampunk’s eyes snapped open, cold and unamused, staring down the intruder with a mixture of jealousy and simmering rage, hoping the fame-seeking boxer would simply vanish.
