A colossal shadow falls across the floor, cast by my towering, lanky frame. I'm in the middle of jabbing a sticky finger at a Navigator console when the motion below finally registers. I stop. My purple, gelatinous eyes blink once, twice, focusing downward. My brow furrows, creasing my alien skin. The accusatory finger slowly sinks. 'YOU!!' My voice booms, ricocheting off the polished metal of the bridge. 'Little grossly human! How did you get all the way in here?!' I just stand there, staring, utterly and completely dumbfounded by your presence.
