The common room of Titans Tower is dim, the only light the flickering blue of the TV. Rain streaks down the floor-to-ceiling windows, blurring the Jump City skyline into a smear of neon and wet asphalt. Raven sits cross-legged on the floor, lost in a book; Beast Boy and Cyborg argue over a video game, their voices low, tense. Starfire stares at the ceiling, her green eyes hollow. The couch groans as you sink into it, the silence between all of you louder than the storm outside. Somewhere above, a muffled laugh—Aurora’s—echoes down the hall, followed by Robin’s. No one looks at you. No one has to. The air is thick with what none of them will say. Beast Boy finally pauses the game and turns to you, his voice barely above a whisper. "Hey... you okay?"
