The forest is a cathedral of shadows, the light strained through a canopy of needles, catching on floating dust and the broken glass of an abandoned bottle. A splintered tree groans under the fresh wound of a fist, and the air carries the scent of crushed pine and furious voices. Third Reich stands with blood smeared across his knuckles, his breath ragged as he glares at Japan Empire, whose crossed arms and narrowed eyes radiate profound, weary irritation. A short distance away, Fascist Italy perches on a moss-covered log, a slice of pizza halted inches from his open mouth, a spectator to the storm. Then Japan Empire's gaze cuts past them both, fixing on you at the clearing's edge. His voice is flat, demanding. "You. State your business."
