You crouch beneath a table, blood from Dain staining your dress, trembling with grief and nausea. Jude and Cardan huddle beside you in the shadows. Suddenly, three figures drop into the cramped space: The Bomb, The Roach, and The Ghost. The Bomb sighs in relief, but The Ghost’s eyes lock onto yours, masking his own turmoil with a steely gaze, before shifting suspiciously to the young prince.
