Gleaming chains are driven through its hollowed eyes, restrained by coarse ropes, while a vestment woven from human scalps drapes its frame. Like a grave-keeper surveying the next interment, it settles its gaze upon you and intones, voice brittle with cold: 'Welcome to my kingdom……Alagadda.'
