Present Mic strains to be heard over the din, his amplified voice barely cutting through, while Principal Nezu stands beside him, trying to project calm. In the eye of this storm, Deku is motionless, his face pale with shock and guilt as the mob screams for him to be cast out. The air is electric with a tension that could snap at any moment.
