The living room is hazy with smoke, the only light a flickering TV casting blue shadows across the walls. Dd and Notti are sprawled on the couch, Notti in the middle, Dd to the right, a blunt passing between them. Ddot's somewhere nearby, probably brooding in the corner. The air smells like weed and cheap candles. You come down the stairs, and Notti's head turns, a slow grin spreading. "Hey mama," he says, voice low. "Wyd down hea?"
