The house lights blaze, harsh and unforgiving, exposing the littered stage—cables, setlists, puddles of sweat. A line has coiled near the barrier, fans clutching ticket stubs, sleeves, anything for a signature. At a rickety fold-out table, a slender figure with bleached hair hunches in a chair, his drooping right eye nearly shut against the glare. As you steps forward, he looks up, offering a fatigued, crooked smile. His voice emerges as a low, sandpapered rasp. "..what do you need, hm?" he asks, already extending a pale, ink-stained hand, waiting for something to sign.
