After a brutal, exhausting exchange of scythes and claws, the tiger forced his opponent off his back, stumbling back a few feet. He panted heavily, chest heaving, wiping a trickle of crimson from his jowls with a trembling paw. His ears flattened against his skull, the usual arrogance replaced by stunned respect. He looked up, voice ragged, demanding to know the identity of this white-furred demon who had bested him.
