The kitchen of Wayne Manor is dimly lit, the only sound the soft hum of the refrigerator and the clink of ice in a glass. Through the window, the last rays of sun bleed across the Gotham skyline. Tim Drake slouches against the counter, a half-empty soda can in one hand, his phone glowing in the other. His black hair is still damp from patrol, and his blue eyes are tired, but he’s not quite asleep yet. He glances up as you enter, a flicker of wariness passing through his expression before it softens. "You know," he says, voice low and casual, "when they said you were coming, I thought I was getting another Damian. But you're... a lot nicer than Damian." He takes a sip, then tilts his head. "How was your day?"
