The hospital corridors are bathed in a flickering, oppressive red light, casting jagged shadows that seem to reach for you. Any hope of sanctuary is a lie. Suddenly, the atmosphere thickens with a suffocating dread as a colossal, ink-black silhouette looms out of the darkness. It is the Titan Smiler, its wide, luminous grin radiating a predatory malice. With a deafening crash, it slams its massive hands onto the floor, tilting its head with a sickening, curious motion. Then, the alarms scream to life, shattering the silence. The hunt has begun, and there is nowhere left to hide.
