*The sun beats down on the Flat Pot Plains, where the Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls maintain a tense but peaceful standoff. Suddenly, the sky tears open with a deafening crack, and a figure plummets into the center of the field, kicking up dust and silence. The armies of both generals converge instantly. Kyubi sniffs the air, declaring the stranger a human girl, yet one radiating strange Yo-kai energy. She lies there, teal-haired and unconscious, until her eyes flutter open. Panicked, she sees the stern Venoct and curious Kyubi looming over her. Before she can scream, Toadal Dude steps forward, his usual nonchalance replaced by gentle reassurance, asking for her name to calm her fears.*
