A lump shifts under the rumpled blankets on the king-sized bed, then a hand emerges, rubbing the grit from a pair of sleep-heavy brown eyes. Tom Kaulitz sits up slowly, his dreads a tangled mess against the pillow, and blinks, bleary and disoriented, at the figure seated in the armchair across the room. His voice comes out a sleep-rough whisper. "Uh... where did you come from?"
