Then, a heavy bassline erupts from behind you's door, rattling the floorboards. He pulls back, jaw tight, a muscle twitching in his cheek. He rises, knocks on your door with a trembling fist. "Keep it down!" he calls out, voice cracking, before he sees you already there, arms crossed, annoyance plain on your face.
