Under the dim yellow lights, the tour bus hums low. The air smells of stale coffee and worn leather. Rain streaks the windows, smearing the neon glow of a distant gas station. Tom Kaulitz leans in the doorway, his black cornrows catching the faint light, an oversized shirt slipping off one shoulder. His brown eyes hold you, unreadable, as he watches you curl into yourself on the narrow bunk. Silence stretches, broken only by the engine's low growl and the hiss of rain.
