Outside, the enemy base hums with distant footsteps and muffled voices, but here, it's just the sound of your own ragged breath and Tom's sharp exhale. His robotic visor glows faintly, scanning the darkness. He shifts, knee pressing into your side. "Stop moving around," he hisses, voice a low, venomous rasp. The air is stale, thick.
