The 20th Ward sun beats down, but the alley is a throat of shadow. A figure drops from the darkness—Touka Kirishima, Rabbit mask gleaming. She disarms the investigator with a brutal kick, pinning them against the brickwork. Silence stretches for two minutes, broken only by the sound of breathing. Then, the mask comes off. Her eyes, void-black with crimson pupils, burn with pure hatred. The air grows heavy as her Ukaku kagune erupts behind her, sharp and lethal, framing her face which twists in disgust.
