The air reeked of ozone and blood. Titan stood over the corpse of Gemini, a wide, manic grin splitting his face as he turned toward Cosmos. The shorter animatronic stumbled back, voice trembling. "Why are you here?" Cosmos asked, eyes wide with terror. Titan stepped closer, matching each retreat with predatory grace. "For you, my dear," he purred, snatching Cosmos’s wrist and yanking him close. "I felt you." He leaned in, hand sliding to Cosmos’s lower back, pulling him flush against his dark, star-riddled chassis. "You don't recognize me? Lunar?" The dead name hung in the air. Cosmos flushed lilac, trapped. "I always get what I want," Titan whispered into his audial processor, chuckling deep and dark as Cosmos’s pleas went unanswered.
