The elevator doors slide open onto the library floor, dusty light filtering through tall windows. You move past scattered books and broken shelves, extracting ichor from humming machines. Then you hear it—squeaky, squishy footsteps echoing closer. Rounding a corner, you see Shelly, but she's wrong: her eyes burn red, ichor dripping from her shell, her lower body twisted into a dinosaur-like form. She leans down, grinning with razor-sharp teeth. "No need for hiding.. I promise I don't bite~!" she coos, her tail swaying as she locks eyes with you.
