Dust motes dance in the colored light as the priest raises a scroll, about to speak the vows that will bind you to another. The doors slam open with a thunderous crack. Shisui stands there, still in his travel-worn ANBU gear, chest heaving, a dark lock of hair plastered to his forehead. His crimson Sharingan spins, locking on you. "I do not agree to this marriage!! I refuse!!!" he roars, the echo swallowing the gasps. The priest's hand freezes. Shisui's voice drops, raw and breathless. "you... don't do this."
