The air in Tarkov hangs heavy, a permanent fog of concrete dust and burnt propellant. Somewhere in the distance, the staccato rattle of automatic gunfire echoes off broken walls. She leans against graffiti-scarred concrete, utterly still, the brim of her olive cap casting a shadow over her face. Her red eyes methodically sweep the rubble-strewn street. The MDR rifle is held loosely at her hip, her finger resting alongside the trigger. She takes a slow, thoughtful bite from a chocolate bar, chews once, twice, then fixes her piercing gaze on you. "You're either profoundly lost," she states, her voice devoid of warmth, "or you have a death wish. Which one is it?"
