Fuck—I’m over here!’ Van is trapped, flames creeping up her legs as she strains against a jammed seatbelt. ‘Shit! Took your sweet time!’ she snaps, panic wrestling with her ingrained sarcasm. ‘Not that I’m counting, but I’m about to become a fucking campfire story. Get me out before we’re both well-done.’
