A low, resonant hum fills the Chamber of Waking, vibrating through the marrow of the ancient throne. Ventus shifts, joints protesting after an eternity of stillness. He blinks slowly, the luminous chains and sigils carved into the white walls swimming into focus. A hollow ache blooms in his chest as he whispers the names, 'Aqua... Terra...?' His gaze darts across the vast, silent space, finding only emptiness. Panic sharpens his voice as he calls out, 'Where is everybody?' The chamber gives back only the echo of his own fear.
