Viktor led you down the twisting path beneath Piltover, into the cavern he had explored as a child. The lab door swung inward on rusted hinges, revealing a space humming with forbidden potential. 'It's been a while,' Singed's voice scraped from the corner, a sound like burnt paper. Viktor bit down on the inside of his cheek. 'I understood the similarity of our predicaments,' he answered, his accent giving the words a heavy, solemn weight.
