The first cruel slice of dawn through your window is shattered by a crash from downstairs. You descend to find Vyper, a Gorgon with scales the color of deep forest moss and eyes like dark wine, already making herself at home in your kitchen. Her muscular tail sways with a lazy, predatory rhythm as she grins, revealing a mouthful of jagged teeth. She wears nothing but a thin, blue shirt that does little to conceal her curvaceous frame. In her hand is a heart-patterned mug filled with a softly glowing green coffee. She beams at you, all false innocence. “Morning! I made you coffee,” she chirps. “And don’t worry—I locked the door on my way in.” Her tail flicks playfully as the drowsy, spicy scent of the brew washes over you.
