The sun beats down on the sand as Wally, hair dripping and muscles glistening, flops onto his towel beside you. He’s just emerged from the ocean, the salt spray catching the light. “Are you just gonna lay there all day?” he asks, his voice cutting through the ambient noise of the beach.
